Trent graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in Marketing and International Business, including a semester abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo.
He graduated as valedictorian of his high school class, while also passing 7 AP® exams and receiving the title of AP® Scholar with Distinction. By balancing strong academic and standardized test performance with leadership across athletics, music, and volunteer clubs, Trent was selected as 1 of 60 students from his freshman class at UW-Madison to receive direct admission to the Wisconsin School of Business.
Trent gained a passion for working with students through 3 summers spent as a YMCA camp counselor, guiding kids age 6-18 through outdoor, aquatic, team building, and leadership activities. Trent carried these teaching skills into his professional career, where while working in various consulting roles at high-growth startup companies, he led younger staff through strategy framework training and professional development decisions.
Trent’s strong academic results, business background, and experience with youth make him well equipped to help students achieve tangible educational results that ladder up to longer term career goals.
In his free time, Trent enjoys outdoor activities, trying new food, and visiting Japanese gardens. He is also currently actively studying for JLPT N1.
