Bio:
Michael graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Dramatic Arts. While at Berkeley, he studied and taught Choy Li Fut Kung Fu and worked with students learning English as a Second Language. He has also studied improv at the Groundlings. Before moving to Japan, he tutored the SAT®, ACT, SSAT, ISEE, PSAT, AP® Chemistry, Academic Chemistry, and Academic Math for over 10 years in Los Angeles, CA. He has helped hundreds of students improve their test scores, some by as much as 11 points on the ACT and over 300 points on the SAT®, and gain acceptance to top US universities such as Stanford and the University of Pennsylvania.
