Bio:

Pancho graduated from a Chilean university in 2012 (Universidad de Santiago—Bachelor in Applied Linguistics) and then studied at Melbourne University in Australia. He finished a Master of Applied Linguistics degree with first-class honours. During his postgraduate studies, he worked as a Spanish teacher (local language school) and a research assistant (Melbourne University).

Before moving to Australia, Pancho worked as a lecturer (Universidad de Santiago), translator, and interpreter (Japanese/Spanish/English/Portuguese)

Since 2017, he has lived in Japan and worked as a lecturer (Spanish and Composition) since 2018. Apart from teaching, Pancho also conducts research and has published two chapters and two papers.

Pancho is also a certified DELE examiner (certified and authorized by Instituto Cervantes).

His hobbies are learning languages (European Portuguese and Japanese kanji) and landscape photography.
